Gareth and Sarah James welcome you to Old Shanklin Guest House!
Opened in 2011 Old Shanklin is modern, comfortable and friendly and right in the heart of Shanklin Old Village, in a quiet side road, 5 minutes walk to the beautiful beach and coastal walks and seconds from the traditional tea rooms, pubs and great selection of restaurants on offer.
We have five en suite rooms all supplied with Algotherm toiletries and IOW Green Barn goats' milk soap. We have sourced local artwork for you to enjoy and local produce for you to eat! Our guests particularly like our breakfasts. We are happy to accommodate vegetarians, vegans, coeliacs and other dietary requirements. (We ask that you inform us in advance to ensure as much choice as possible).
The guest lounge is available morning to evening, whether it’s to relax with the paper after a tasty breakfast, which changes on a daily basis or an evening game of IOW monopoly. There is free parking for four of our five rooms (not Captain's Room) and free wi fi.
Sorry we are unable to accommodate children or babies under 12 years. No exceptions.
