New Barn Farm

Our traditional stone barns are set overlooking the gardens of the listed Georgian farmhouse and make for a superb setting for a relaxed wedding. The barn’s fine, high vaulted ceiling with ancient exposed timbers create a great atmosphere, whilst French doors open to a large gravelled area where guests can mingle with the large lawned formal garden beyond.Exclusively for the use of the wedding, this is a great spot for children’s games, photographs and creating a picturesque setting.There is also the option to hold your wedding ceremony at New Barn Farm in another stone barn as we now hold a license for civil marriage ceremonies and civil partnerships.

​The barn seats around 130 people and you can have up to 200 guests for an evening reception. In addition to the main wedding barn, and included within the package, is an adjacent stone barn with wood-burning stove and recently installed toilet facilities, along with a nearby preparation area, (fitted with sink, worktops and fridge) and ample car parking.

New Barn Farm is situated within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the edge of rolling chalk down-land a few miles from both the Island's northern and southern coastlines.
