Surrounded by rolling countryside on the beautiful Isle of Wight, East Afton Farmhouse offers the most idyllic setting for your celebration. Licensed for civil ceremonies, the private venue offers an intimate and unique location that feels like a home away from home able to host your entire day. Weddings can last longer with our 3 and 4 day hire options-extending your wedding, providing plenty of time to settle in and make memories with family and friends in beautiful and relaxed surroundings.

The farmhouse and annex offer accommodation for up to 17 of your guests within seven spacious, en-suite bedrooms, each commanding magnificent views over the gardens and surrounding countryside.

Exclusivity is our mantra. The venue is yours, and yours alone for as long as you wish. It is our philosophy to ensure that your planning process is seamless and relaxed, providing you with everything you need to create the best wedding celebration to be remembered for many years to come.

At the heart of this stunning venue are three event barns. Our largest event barn (capacity 170 seated, 250 standing) provides a bright spacious environment with large windows, wagon wheel chandeliers, underfloor heating, rest rooms and a large bar. The smallest barn (capacity seated 50, standing 100) also offers superb flexibility for smaller receptions or intimate gatherings, with underfloor heating, rest rooms and a licensed bar. Family and friends can party away until midnight come rain or shine. Our third barn is popular for ceremonies- with its stone walls, exposed oak beams, carved chandeliers, this more rustic barn offers flexibility to be alfresco in the warmer months and enclosed ready to heat in the colder months.
